*Job Description*: We are seeking an *exceptional General Manager* to lead our operations in the fish market and grocery sector in Montreal. The ideal candidate will be a highly committed professional with strong management skills, a focus on quality, and a passion for customer service. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and relevant expertise in operations, staff management, and inventory control in the fresh food and delicatessen industry. *Responsibilities*: * *Operational Management*: Oversee and manage all activities related to the fish market and grocery, ensuring compliance with quality standards, hygiene, and food safety regulations. * *Staff Management*: Lead and motivate the team, organize schedules, provide ongoing training, and develop the staff's skills.
