*Job Overview* We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team in Richmond. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in hair care, while also engaging with customers to meet their needs and preferences. *Duties* * Perform a variety of hair styling services, including cuts and styling techniques. * Sanitate tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean environment. * Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' requests and offering professional advice on hair care and styling options. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and ensure satisfaction with services rendered. * Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling hair care products that complement the services provided. * Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all supplies are stocked and readily available for use. *Experience* * 5-year experience in hair styling is preferred, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. * Proficiency in various hair cutting and styling techniques is essential. * Experience in customer service roles is highly valued, as you will be interacting with clients regularly. * Retail sales experience is an asset, particularly in upselling products related to hair care. * Strong communication skills are necessary for effectively engaging with clients and team members alike. Cantonese and Mandarin are assets.
