Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles). Forklift Operator Certification. Transportation/travel experience: Local. Provincial/territorial. Short-haul. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Organized. Reliability. Hardworking.
