In addition, he or she evaluates all aspects of the vendor relationship to ensure total quality, short response time and overall value added while developing strategies to improve the effectiveness of logistics coordination and communication to better serve our internal and external customers. In addition, he/she ensures that all tasks performed are completed in compliance with health and safety rules, laws and regulations, and company policies.<br> <br> More specifically, he or she will be called upon to:</p><ul><li>Actively participate with the Management Team to improve the overall procurement strategy of Beau- Roc Inc.</li></ul><ul><li>Regularly advise senior management on purchasing, commercial and regulatory risks, industry sector,</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners and suppliers as well as with our Beau-Roc team</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the prioritization, planning and delivery of all purchases to meet Beau-Roc's operational and strategic objectives and reconcile demands when subcontracting</li></ul><ul><li>Effectively drive purchasing performance, providing exemplary customer service to internal and external customers, partners and vendors</li></ul><ul><li>Negotiate with various suppliers for price, quality, timeliness and other factors</li></ul><ul><li>Expedite and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods</li></ul><ul><li>Write and analyze purchase requisitions for raw materials and other materials and or parts required</li></ul><ul><li>Track and monitor inventory and requirements to determine when to order or purchase new items with our ERP system in place</li></ul><ul><li>Take charge of the complete management of the annual stocktaking: From the coordination of the workforce to the verification of the levels of products in stock in force on the factory floor</li></ul><ul><li>Track budget and expense categories to provide targeted an
