You will provide Mental, Emotional and Administrative support to clients. Open-Minded Service Center Inc, is dedicated to delivering exceptional counseling services, mental health support, and referrals with kindness, compassion, and respect. The successful candidates will pay the contractor 60% of the billed therapy hourly rate</p><p><strong>About Us:</strong></p><p>Open Minded Services Center Inc. primarily provides counselling session and mental health support so individuals can live healthier lives. Open-Minded Service Center Inc. provides Counseling, Mental Health Supports to individual, families, crisis intervention, to address mental health challenges. Also, provides comprehensive case planning, resource navigation, and advocacy to connect clients with essential services such as housing, healthcare, and education.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history</li><li>Develop and execute individual treatment plans</li><li>Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress</li><li>Provide excellent client support; ongoing client relationship management</li><li>Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs</li><li>Maintain accurate client documentation</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields</li><li>Master's degree in social work</li><li>Must be Registered with College of Alberta and must be in good standing</li><li>2 - 3 years of social work case management experience</li><li>Compassionate and caring demeanor</li><li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li><li>Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills</li><li>Proof of professional liability insurance</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul></div></div>- LocationEdmonton, AB
