*Customer Service Representative* Randy?s Lock-Safe & Alarm Inc. is a full service security company that is locally owned and operated, serving Midwestern Ontario for over 35 years. We are looking for a positive, outgoing individual that is eager to learn with potential room to grow within the company. This individual will provide excellent customer service while performing various duties related to minor mechanical lock repairs, rekeying locks and cutting keys at our Owen Sound location. The ideal candidate has experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & QuickBooks. *Key Responsibilities* · Greet customer in a professional manner · Answer phone calls ? help determine what services we can offer · Enter jobs using scheduling software · Creating sales receipts/invoices and processing payments, including weekly deposits · Ensuring store is kept in a clean/organized manner · Knowledge of products and services offered · General clerical duties such as; photocopying, scanning & emailing · Mechanical Lock Repairs such as; rekeying locks and cutting keys · Maintain inventory/stock levels · Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email *Requirements* · High School Diploma or equivalent · Exquisite communication and people skills · Positive attitude · Ability to work independently and as a team · Exceptional self-management skills · Good problem-solving skills, ability to think outside the box · Excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated multi-tasking abilities · Ability to remain professional with all employees & customers while dealing with confidential matters · Up to date Criminal Background Check (including vulnerable sector) · Valid Driver?s License and ability to work within both store locations as needed · Up to date First Aid · Experience working with Word, Excel, Outlook & QuickBooks programs · Ability to work under pressure and comfortable with tight deadlines and customer requests · Ability to take direction and promote a team atmosphere at all times Benefits · Dental care · Extended health care · Life insurance · Store discount · Vision care · Rewarding work environment · Free parking on site *Other Perks:* · Holiday closures · All tools and test equipment required will be provided · Diverse and open environment where your ideas are encouraged · Opportunity for career advancement We thank everyone for applying for this position however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
