RESPONSIBILITIES Greet patients, perform diagnostic testing such as a Humphrey Visual Fields, Ocular Coherence Tomography (OCT), iCare Tonometry, Visual Acuity. Explain the purpose and procedures for testing to patients. Accurately and diligently document testing results. REQUIRED SKILLS Excellent customer service skills. Strong oral and written communication skills in English, fluency in Russian language is an asset. Accuracy and attention to detail, both with charting and when taking patient measurements. Flexible and adaptable, able to cross train and contribute as required. Experience in a medical setting is an asset. Training provided.
