*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming environment will be key to enhancing the customer experience. If you are passionate about helping others and have a knack for sales, we want to hear from you! *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. * Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies. * Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. * Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. * Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. * Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves as needed. *Experience* * Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. * Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with diverse customers. * Familiarity with cashiering duties and point-of-sale systems is a plus. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A proactive approach to upselling products and services.
