*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans for patients across various settings. *Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments of patients.
* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including pain management and dementia care.
* Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
* Provide pediatric care and manage cases in a hospital or acute care setting.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members for effective case management.
* Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical office protocols.
* Perform phlebotomy as needed for diagnostic testing.
*Skills*
* Proficient in pain management techniques and medication administration.
* Strong knowledge of dementia care practices and pediatric health issues.
* Experience in hospital settings or acute care environments is preferred.
* Excellent case management skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
* Ability to work effectively in a medical office environment while maintaining confidentiality.
* Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures safely and accurately.

Pay: $48.27-$62.91 per hour
