*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a positive experience for our guests. *Responsibilities* * Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service. * Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations. * Assist in the preparation of food items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. * Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records as required. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. * Train and mentor new staff on food handling procedures, safety protocols, and customer service skills. * Collaborate with management to develop menus, plan special events, and implement promotional activities. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. *Skills* * Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Proficient in food preparation techniques and knowledgeable about food safety regulations. * Experience in cash handling and basic financial management. * Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus. * Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers. * Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. * Strong team management skills to foster a collaborative work atmosphere.
