<div><p><span><span><span><span><span>Details of the position</span></span></span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span><span><span>Specifics of the role</span></span></span></span></span></p><p> The Lennoxville Vocational Training Centre is looking for RAC content specialist in all programs of studies offered.<br></p><p>The RAC content specialist assesses, within a well-defined framework, the skills of candidates in their field of specialization. They determine whether the candidate possesses the necessary skills to obtain their diploma, or to have their competencies recognized. The content specialist assesses the candidate's training needs and directs them to the necessary resources, working in collaboration with the RAC counsellor(s). More specifically, the content specialist:</p><ul><li>Accompanies and guides candidates through the entire RAC process</li><li>Evaluates the candidate's knowledge in relation to the pre-established assessment forms</li><li>Participates, as required, in the analysis of applications for admission to the program</li></ul><br><p><span><em>Working conditions</em></span></p><p><span><span><span><span><span>School/Centre</span></span></span></span></span></p><p> Lennoxville Vocational Training Centre </p><p><span><span><span><span><span>Status :</span></span></span></span></span></p><p> Hourly paid</p><p><span><span><span><span><span>Workload (%)</span></span></span></span></span></p><p> Variable and on demand.<br></p><p> This position offers flexibility on schedule management.
