We are currently looking for an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team and help support our daily operations.
*Position Summary*:
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating team members for events, and assisting with research and supporting program initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, with experience in healthcare being an asset.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and communication with team members
* Organize and support team attendance at events, including coordinating schedules, travel, and event logistics
* Conduct research to support new program initiatives and contribute to the development of internal resources
* Maintain accurate records, documents, and reports as required
* Provide general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in an administrative role; healthcare experience is a strong asset
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database management
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
