*Do you want to grow your clinical skills with an established team of professionals?* *We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Registered Kinesiologist.* Mobility Orthopaedic Rehabilitation is a busy multidisciplinary clinic located in Brantford, ON. We are a well-established company with 14+ years of experience providing a high quality of patient care in the areas of Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Certified Athletic Therapy and Custom Orthopedic Bracing. We value our team model and multi-disciplinary approach that helps our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. As a Registered Kinesiologist in our clinic, you would have a chance to partner with many experienced professionals in the field of health care including Physiotherapists, Certified Athletic Therapists, Pedorthists, Registered Massage Therapists, and Orthopaedic Surgeons. _*Responsibilities:*_ * Carrying out treatment plans * Overseeing exercise programs * Utilizing various modalities including Ultrasound, TENS, and IFC * Carrying out Manual Techniques as per the treatment plan * Patient Education - Ex: exercise programs, short and long term goals * Properly documenting patient injuries and programs according to guidelines * Uses a results focused mindset to maximize business potential, meet quarterly and annual targets and identify trends _*Qualifications:*_ * Undergraduate degree in Kinesiology * Be registered as a member in good standing with the college of Kinesiologists (can be a new grad working towards registration) * Have excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to work independently * Be comfortable working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team * Have excellent oral and written communication skills * Work hard to improve your skills * Be empathetic with an effective ability to build rapport with patients * Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. * Be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and to facilitate our clients? needs _*Hours of Work:*_ * Scheduled for 35 hours per week.
