*Join Our Team as a 310S Licensed Automotive Mechanic! *
We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled 310S licensed automotive mechanic to join our expanding team in Windsor. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and repairing a wide array of vehicles, contributing to seamless project execution and optimal vehicle performance.
*Responsibilities:*
* *Conduct routine maintenance and inspections* on a variety of vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, and other preventative maintenance tasks.
* *Accurately diagnose and resolve mechanical issues* in vehicles, focusing on engine systems, transmission, brakes, electrical components, and other relevant systems.
* *Efficiently repair and replace defective parts*, using the appropriate tools and methods while adhering to safety standards.
* *Maintain comprehensive records* of all maintenance and repair work, ensuring compliance and aiding in future maintenance planning.
* *Perform proactive inspections* to identify and address potential issues before they escalate, ensuring the vehicles' safety and reliability.
* *Collaborate with team members* to efficiently organize work orders and complete tasks, promoting a positive and productive workplace.
* *Keep up-to-date* with the latest automotive technologies and trends.
* *Take on additional responsibilities* as needed, contributing to the maintenance team's overall success.
*Qualifications:*
* *310S mechanic license* in good standing from the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario.
* *Minimum of 3 years of experience* in automotive repair, preferably in a construction or similar industrial environment.
* *In-depth knowledge* of engine systems, transmission, brakes, electrical components, and other relevant automotive systems.
* *Strong diagnostic* and troubleshooting abilities, with a proven track record of resolving complex mechanical issues.
* *Proficient in using both power and hand tools* for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
* *Capable of working independently* and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.
* *Valid driver's license* with a clean driving record.
* *A keen eye for detail*, ensuring precision in all repair and maintenance work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 ? 55 per week
