The Finance Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective processes, managing financial reporting, and optimizing financial procedures. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with different departments to ensure financial targets are met and compliance with all relevant regulations is maintained. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Financial Operations Oversight:* * Manage and supervise the daily financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, inventory management and general ledger. * Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies. * Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and financial forecasting to maintain sufficient liquidity. * *Financial Reporting:* * Conduct variance analysis to explain financial discrepancies and trends. * Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders. * *Internal Controls & Compliance:* * Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. * Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure adherence to auditing standards. * *Process Improvement:* * Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and systems, recommending and implementing improvements to streamline operations. * Implement and maintain financial technology solutions to improve automation and reduce manual processes. * *Team Leadership & Development:* * Lead and mentor the finance operations team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. * Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members, ensuring optimal performance. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master?s degree or MBA preferred). * Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus. * Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/) and financial management practices. * Proficiency in financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. *Key Competencies:* * Financial acumen and understanding of financial operations * Leadership and team management * Strategic thinking and decision-making * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail We are excited to welcome a dedicated Finance Manager who is ready to contribute to our success while driving their career forward in a supportive environment.
