Job Overview: As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth cashiering operations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their purchases, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the store. Duties: - Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products - Process customer transactions efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system - Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Provide product information, demonstrate technical sales, and conduct product demos as needed - Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and security standards - Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance sales - Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and goals Qualifications: - Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with technical sales processes and product demonstrations - Experience in cash handling and cashiering procedures - Ability to upsell products and drive sales through effective communication - Competency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions Join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to deliver outstanding service and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.
