<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are hiring for an experienced baker specializing in Asian bread/buns. </p><p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p><p>? Developing new Asian-style baked goods including bread and buns</p><p>? Proofing dough to establish a proper rise</p><p>? Ensuring every product meets the standard operating procedures of the brand </p><p>? Ensuring the workstation is restocked and cleaned as needed</p><p>? Decorating baked goods using a pastry bag</p><p>? Measuring ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, fillings, or whipped cream using scales</p><p>? Maintaining adequate supply of all products and ensuring the proper storage and refrigeration</p><p>? Keeping spoilage/waste to a minimum by utilizing proper quantities</p><p> </p><p>JOB REQUIREMENTS</p><p>? Ability to develop new baked goods and pastries</p><p>? Ability to work under strict deadlines</p><p>? Knowledge of general baking principles and understanding of a wide variety of recipes</p><p>? Excellent knowledge of food safety practices</p><p>? Strong English verbal and written communication skills to assist in the day-to-day operations within the bakery</p><p>? Knowledge to effectively operate standard foodservice equipment</p><p>? Self-motivated</p><p>? Multi-tasking</p><p>? Planning, problem solving, and teamwork</p><p> </p><p>EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</p><p>?
