Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Compile orders and instructions received from customers. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Oversee operational logistics of the organization. Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization. Revise type and quantity of materials required sent for production, construction and other projects. Track and complete work orders. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments. Perform routine clerical duties. Read blueprints, written specifications and production drawings. Prepare and submit reports. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries. Ensure proper functioning of equipment. Maintain work records and logs. Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
