*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Merrithew certified Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pilates techniques and principles, along with the ability to inspire and motivate clients of all skill levels. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a crucial role in educating participants on proper form, technique, and the benefits of Pilates, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all. *Responsibilities* * Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. * Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including proper alignment, breathing techniques, and modifications for various fitness levels. * Provide personalized attention to clients, offering guidance and feedback to enhance their practice. * Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition. * Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills. * Collaborate with other fitness professionals to promote classes and encourage member participation. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Pilates instruction. *Skills* * Proficient in English. * Strong communication skills to effectively educate and motivate clients. * Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for participants. * Time management abilities to efficiently plan classes and manage schedules. * Leadership qualities to inspire confidence in clients and lead by example. * A passion for fitness and wellness, with a commitment to ongoing personal development in Pilates instruction. * An education in physical science is highly desirable . * Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus.
