We specialize in energy-efficient and innovative commercial Industrial HVAC and Refrigeration solutions. The criteria for candidacy are as follows: *Professionalism:* Technicians deserve the opportunity to grow as service providers who are committed to creating a positive customer experience. *Experience:* our team as well as our clients recognize that expertise is learnt. Although preference is given to G1 with a 313A license, our team is willing to mentor experienced gas Technicians to obtain their G1 license. *Drive:* we are looking for individuals who are passionate to grow as Technicians and take pride in their performance as service providers. *Communications Skills:* we require that each Technician exhibits patience, friendliness, and professionalism while working with clients. *Responsibilities* · Installation, maintenance, and repair: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems, including unitary rooftop units, process cooling chillers, split systems, boilers, make-up air units, etc. · Troubleshooting and diagnostics: Identify and diagnose issues with HVAC/R systems, such as malfunctioning components, leaks, or inefficiencies. Perform necessary repairs and replacements to ensure optimal system performance. · System testing: Conduct tests and inspections to assess the functionality, efficiency, and safety of HVAC/R systems. · Compliance and documentation: Adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards while performing HVAC/R tasks. Maintain accurate work order records through our paperless field operations software. · Participate in safety training as required. · Participate in our weekly on-call rotation. · Perform other duties as assigned. *Licence/Certification:* A/C & Refrig. 313A or registered apprentice (required) Driver's Licence (required) G2 (required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour Experience: * HVAC: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationConcord, ON
