Carpenter Canada Co. has an immediate opening for an *Industrial Millwright *at our Calgary manufacturing plant. Carpenter Co. is the world's largest producer of comfort cushioning products successfully operating in Calgary AB since 1977. This position is responsible for *equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, fabrication of structures and mechanical devices in all areas of the plant.* The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks: * Preventative maintenance, * Assembling machinery and equipment, * Installing machinery and equipment, * Adjusting machinery and equipment, * Repairing machinery and equipment, * Troubleshooting. Skills and Requirements: * 3 - 5 years millwright experience in manufacturing plant. * Must have Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification. * Must be available and willing to work on any shift. * Excellent troubleshooting skills. * Forklift and aerial lift certificates. * First aid certificate is an asset. * Red Seal Millwright Certificate is an asset. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $40.00 per hour Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Paid time off * RRSP match * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime * Weekends as needed Experience: * millwright: 5 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Millwright Certificate (required) Work Location: In person- LocationCalgary, AB
