*Job Summary* We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring that pets look and feel their best while delivering outstanding customer service to pet owners. This role requires both technical grooming skills and the ability to handle pets safely and compassionately. *Responsibilities* * Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling according to breed standards and client preferences. * Assess the condition of pets? coats and skin, identifying any issues that may require attention. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets? needs and grooming options. * Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use. * Handle pets safely during grooming sessions, using proper techniques to minimize stress for the animals. * Lift and move large or heavy pets as necessary during the grooming process. * Stay updated on grooming trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible. *Experience* * Previous experience in pet grooming is mandatory; training may be provided as well. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with pet owners. * Physical capability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger breeds or multiple pets. * Knowledge of various dog breeds, coat types, and appropriate grooming techniques is a plus. * A compassionate attitude towards animals and a commitment to their well-being.
