Since 2005, Heron Rock Bistro has been serving fresh, local food for breakfast, lunch and dinner in James Bay. We are looking for a positive, innovative and career-oriented cook or chef to further strengthen our team. This is a full time, permanent position. The ideal candidate has a mature attitude, experience working in a fast paced, quality driven restaurant. If you are an experienced cook looking to join an already strong team, this is the position for you! Job Duties: -Comfortable on-line during busy service -Meeting and exceeding expectations in the following areas: food quality, bill times, menu knowledge -Efficient in food preparation -Communicates effectively with front of house staff, management and other staff -Portion control -Professionalism with kitchen staff, front of house and customers Apply in person or by responding to this ad.
