Fort McMurray First Nation Group of Companies is seeking a self-motivated safety conscious individual who will be responsible for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. This will be at our CNOOC Site just south of Anzac. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Clean offices, meeting chambers, camp rooms and recreational facilities * Mop tile and concrete floor areas and vacuum all carpeted areas * Dust all furniture and fixtures as required * Wash and disinfect all washroom floors, toilets, toilet seats, hand dryers, fixtures and mirrors * Replenish required supplies * Keep outside area near exits and entrances clear of snow, cans, paper, etc. * Steam clean floors, clean kitchen sinks and counters * Report maintenance issues and acts of vandalism * Operate equipment such as buffers * Complete FLRA?s prior to commencing shift * Will be required to pick-up/drop-off co-workers to/from site WORKING CONDITIONS * 7 on, 7 off; 12hours per day * Must be comfortable driving in varying weather conditions on the highway, as well as in evening/early morning hours * Physical ability to lift 20 pounds or more; prolonged standing, walking, lifting, squatting and bending; operating medium weight cleaning equipment such as buffers, and moving desks and furniture QUALIFICATIONS: * Previous custodial experience * CSTS-09 or OSSA or BSO * Valid Class 5, willingness to drive to and from work * Successful Pre-access Drug and Alcohol Testing Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 42 per week Flexible language requirement: * French not required Application question(s): * Are you willing to work a 7 on 7 off shift at 12 hours per day?
