Position Overview
We are seeking a registered *Speech-Language Pathologist* to join our growing team. This role offers both *center-based and home-based positions*, allowing you to work with pediatric clients in settings that best meet their needs. You?ll be part of a dedicated team in a client-centered clinic that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to children with various communication needs.
* Provide services in both clinic and home-based settings, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
* Collaborate with team members through regular case review meetings to ensure best practices and client-centered care.
* Build strong, positive relationships with clients and their families to support an exceptional client experience.
* Contribute to clinic initiatives, including program development and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications
* *Education*: Master?s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
* *Certification*: Registered with CASLPO or eligibility for registration.
* *Experience*: Previous experience working with pediatric populations is preferred, but new graduates with a strong commitment to learning and clinical excellence are encouraged to apply.
* *Skills*: Strong communication skills, a client-centered approach, and an enthusiasm for working in a collaborative clinic environment.
