*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to Manage daily restaurant and weekend bar activities at Ste Rose Hotel and St rose Du lac. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for taste and presentation. *Duties* * Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. * Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to food safety regulations. * Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. * Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. * Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. *Requirements* * Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred. * Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. * A passion for meal preparation and cooking, with a willingness to learn new skills.
