*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to work with our depot manager and lead our team and ensure the smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage various aspects of store operations effectively. The supervisor will be responsible for supporting the depot ensuring that the depot is running efficiently and effectively while adhering to BCMB, ABCRC & BDL standards and serving customers in a timely manner. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best. *Responsibilities* * Oversee daily operations of the depot, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. * Manage cash handling processes, including cashiering duties and daily cash reconciliations. * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. * Assist in inventory management, and organization. * Maintain an organized workspace that promotes efficiency and safety for all employees. * Pick up commerical accounts/bottle drives, *Experience* * Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role is preferred. * Strong skills in cash handling, and organizational tasks. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively. * Experience in team management with a focus on motivation and performance improvement is essential. * Experience driving a box truck, and pulling a 16ft cargo trailer is considered an asset.
