Barriere, BC * *LUMBER PILER* Are you interested in joining a dynamic team and becoming a key member of our fast-growing organization? Located in the community of Barriere, Woodco focuses on milling timbers and cants and other wood products not easily found in conventional lumber supply outlets. * *Roles/Responsibilities* To support milling operations in the piling of timber and lumber products. This will include: * pile timbers, lumber and slabs * daily cleanup and assist with maintenance * sorting, grading, packaging and tallying as directed * *Shift* Monday to Friday 7:00am ? 4:30pm ? 9hrs per day * *Pay* $18.00 per hour plus production bonus with one (1) hour of overtime paid daily. \*Overtime paid for hours greater than 8 per day. Production bonus ranges from $0 - $25 daily. * *Reporting to Mill Supervisors* * General Manager ? John Drew * Operations Manager: Rod Fowler, * Sales and Shipping Manager: Allen Brown * Mill/Maintenance Supervisor: Jason Drew * *Requirements* * Good physical condition * Reliable and strong work ethic * The ability to effectively interact with other team members * Good verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work in teams and be a positive team member Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Vision care Schedule: * 10 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime Location: * Barriere, BC (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationBarrière, BC
