The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online sales platforms, digital marketing strategies, and retail sales. You will play a key role in growing our business by managing our online presence and establishing partnerships with retail stores. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Online Sales & Marketing:* * Manage listings on platforms like Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and others. * Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO. * Analyze online sales data and optimize strategies to boost sales. * *Retail Sales Development:* * Visit local stores, present our products, and establish partnerships. * Build and maintain relationships with store owners and buyers. * Negotiate terms and agreements with retailers. * *Customer Engagement:* * Respond to inquiries from customers and retailers promptly. * Ensure excellent customer service to build lasting relationships. * *Strategic Growth:* * Identify new markets and sales opportunities. * Provide feedback on customer preferences to influence product development. *Skills and Qualifications:* * Proven experience in online sales, digital marketing, or retail sales. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Etsy, or Shopify is a plus. * Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. * Ability to travel locally to meet with store owners if needed. *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary or commission-based structure (to be discussed). * Flexibility to work independently. * Opportunity to grow with a creative and passionate team. *How to Apply:* Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume and a brief cover letter to info@datagolds.com.
