: Title: Financial Analyst (Winter 2025 Co-op) Reports To: Manager, Financial Reporting Job Description The Financial Analyst position assists the financial reporting team with analytics in various financial reporting and operational key indicators. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of the Management's Discussion and Analysis and Financial Statements on a quarterly and annual basis Assist in the preparation of the Annual Information Form and Management Information Circular on an annual basis Conduct research on new and amended IFRS accounting policies and assess the impact to the financial statements Liaise with the external auditors to address their needs for the quarterly reviews and annual year end audits Assist in internal and external reporting packages for various stakeholders Prepare and document CAPREIT's accounting policies- LocationToronto, ON
