You will work as a PLM Architect to advise, define and deliver solutions for major projects in Montreal.</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Determine the architecture of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions and the inherent security of the project</li><li>Analyze the implementation action plan and suggest improvements</li><li>Create the specifications associated with the implementation action plan (functional specifications, definition of the data model, definition of interfaces with third-party systems).</li><li>Define the technical requirements necessary for systems to function properly</li><li>Study and design business processes proposed by users</li><li>Actively participate in the review and approval of deliverables, such as code reviews, test plans, etc.</li><li>Contribute to technical support, problem resolution and system updates, in collaboration with the maintenance and support team</li><li>Manage a technical team and ensure the quality of systems development</li></ul><p><strong>Skills required</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in mechanics, industry or IT</li><li>At least 10 years' experience in product lifecycle management (PLM)</li><li>Solid knowledge of one or more market solutions (3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, etc.)</li><li>You have already facilitated meetings with various groups within the organization to clarify needs and the deployment of the chosen solutions.</li><li>You have experience in offshore team management</li><li>You have worked in an Agile/Scrum environment</li><li>You are able to communicate in French and English, both written and spoken, as some of your customers will be English-speaking</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>A flexible, hybrid working policy (key word is adaptation to our clients)</li><li>A beautiful workspace located in the heart of Old Montreal with a terrace</li><li>Breakfast, coffee, snacks and beers offered at the office</li><li>An active social club with several activities budgeted by Techso (camping, cottage, cruise, Christmas party, etc.).</li><li>The opportunity to get involved in exciting in-house projects</li><li>A team of experts to share their expertise with you</li><li>Private group insurance</li></ul>- LocationMontréal, QC
