This role requires a passion for retail and a strong ability to connect with customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. *Duties* - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. - Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. - Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. - Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to assist customers effectively. - Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction. - Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards. *Skills* - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment. - Strong skills in conducting product demos that engage customers. - Familiarity with retail sales techniques and best practices. - Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing. - Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining customer trust. - Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and store displays efficiently. - Knowledge of technology sales is a plus, enhancing the ability to assist tech-savvy customers. - Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enabling communication with a diverse customer base.
