We are looking for a *Clinical Counsellor* to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals in providing holistic, patient-centered care. *Key Responsibilities:* * Conduct assessments and provide therapy to individuals dealing with a range of psychological concerns, including trauma, stress, and emotional distress. * Collaborate closely with medical doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for each patient. * Communicate with ICBC/insurance companies to facilitate patients? claims and treatment plans. * Write clear, concise initial and discharge reports for ICBC claims, ensuring thorough documentation of patient progress. * Maintain accurate patient records, updating them regularly, and submit as required. *What We?re Looking For:* * A *Clinical Counsellor* in good standing with a Provincial Licensing body, holding professional liability insurance with full coverage. * Proficiency in *EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)*. * A team-oriented individual who is energetic, self-motivated, and thrives in a collaborative environment. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with patients, insurance companies, and the rest of the healthcare team. * Open-minded and eager to learn ? we value humility and a willingness to grow professionally. * Experience with ICBC cases is a strong asset, but not required. * Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese) is an asset but not mandatory. *Benefits and Perks:* * Competitive salary or fee split. * Work visa sponsorship (LMIA or BCPNP). * On-site free parking for staff and patients. * Flexible schedule and shifts. * Extended health care, health account credits, disability insurance, dental care, life insurance, vision care. * Discounts on various products. * Annual company event. * Paid vacation and sick days. * Wellness program. * Full administrative support with dedicated reception and office assistants. * Comprehensive web marketing/SNS/Youtube support. * Optional in-house cross-referral group to enhance your practice. * Work progression opportunities with mentorship from clinic directors and senior practitioners. * Welcoming and diverse work atmosphere. *For more information, check out our Instagram, website, or YouTube!* Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Commission Contract length: 12 months Pay: $60,000.00-$123,363.00 per year Additional pay: * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Master's Degree (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationCoquitlam, BC
