Get hands-on training to ensure your success. * *Community Impact:* Be part of a team that gives back to the communities where we live and work. *Your Role:* * Coordinate appointments and welcome patients with a smile. * Assist our doctors with pre-tests, patient follow-ups, insurance claims. * Order contact lenses, preform dry eye procedures such as Lipiflow, and ensure top-notch quality in all tasks. * Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care. *What We're Looking For:* * A great communicator who can connect with all kinds of people. * Someone who has previous experience in the industry. * Someone with a knack for organization and attention to detail. * An adaptable, tech-savvy team player who?s ready to learn and grow. * Outgoing, friendly, and eager to make a difference. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.50-$19.50 per hour Expected hours: 32 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Benefits: * Company events * Paid time off * Store discount * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * optical: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person- LocationEdmonton, AB
