*Birch Rehab Centre* is a busy Rehabilitation Facility currently seeking a Registered Social Worker to join our team on a part time basis, possibly leading to full time. *Key Responsibilities* *Must be Registered Social Worker who is able to provide psychotherapy * * Provision of counselling services in a variety of settings (e.g. in person, via telephone) * Maintaining clinical notes and records * Ongoing collaboration with other medical and rehabilitation professionals *Key Qualifications* * Current registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers * Familiarity with relevant legislation (e.g. Health Care Consent Act, Mental Health Act, etc.) * Superior communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills * Ability to work collaboratively as member of a multidisciplinary team * Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to manage a busy and varied caseload *Requirements:* · Registered member in good standing with the OCSWSSW · Bachelor Degree in Social Work · Must be able to provide Psychotherapy Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Education: * Bachelor's Degree (required) Licence/Certification: * Registered member in good standing with the OCSWSSW (required) Work Location: In person- LocationNorth York, ON
