<span>We are seeking a Payroll and HR Coordinator to join one of our clients in the food industry in Montreal!</span><br><br><span>Full time. Permanent.</span><br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li><span>Manage full payroll cycles for hourly and salaried employees using Nethris.</span></li><li><span>Oversee time and attendance, including schedules, timecards, and accumulated hours.</span></li><li><span>Verify new employee files and ensure accurate processing of payroll variables.</span></li><li><span>Reconcile government remittances, issue T4s, Relevé 1s, and Records of Employment.</span></li><li><span>Complete year-end activities and handle social and tax declarations.</span></li><li><span>Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries.</span></li><li><span>Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.</span></li><li><span>Develop recruitment strategies and manage the hiring process.</span></li><li><span>Conduct interviews with managers and follow up on onboarding experiences.</span></li><li><span>Maintain employee files and ensure proper documentation.</span></li><li><span>Analyze recruitment performance and recommend best practices.</span></li></ul><br><strong>Experience</strong><span></span><ul><li><span>Previous experience as a Payroll and HR Coordinator or in a similar role.</span></li><li><span>Extensive knowledge of payroll management software, particularly Nethris.</span></li><li><span>Payroll certification from the Canadian Payroll Association is an asset.</span></li><li><span>Minimum of three (3) years of experience in payroll, covering all aspects of payroll processing.</span></li><li><span>Minimum of two (2) years of experience in human resources.</span></li><li><span>Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.</span></li><li><span>Bilingual (French-English), both written and spoken.</span></li></ul>- LocationMontréal, QC
