Our team serves industries, including utility, mining, agriculture, and construction, delivering high-quality, customized solutions. *Position Summary:* We are seeking a detail-oriented *Electrical Technician* to join our team. This role focuses on reviewing and preparing critical technical documentation, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. *Key Responsibilities:* * Analyze RFQ (Request for Quotation) documents and other technical materials to understand customer requirements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and aligned with project specifications. * Address customer inquiries, clarify requirements, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction. * Work closely with internal teams, including the technical department, to ensure customer needs are accurately translated into deliverables. * Preparing precise and competitive quotes and bid packages based on customer requirements. * Prepare and manage technical documents, ensuring compliance with customer requests and industry standards. * Maintain organized records of customer communications, technical documents, and updates to support seamless project workflows. *Qualifications and Skills:* * Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field. * Strong understanding of industry standard and technical specifications. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
