<p><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Drive sales growth in international markets by obtaining adoption of our products by furniture manufacturers and ensuring their specification to architects, designers, and furniture dealers.</li><li>Identify and evaluate international business opportunities to align expansion with the company's strategic objectives.</li><li>Develop market penetration strategies for new regions, including market analysis and specific action plans.</li><li>Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key players and influencers in the industry.</li><li>Oversee key accounts, agencies and/or sales representatives, ensuring all aspects of the customer relationship are managed.</li><li>Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of international initiatives.</li><li>Represent Duvaltex at international events and trade fairs to increase our visibility and strengthen our brand.</li><li>Collaborate with export agencies and governments (e.g. Investissement Québec, EDC) to optimize the resources available for our expansion.</li><li>Contribute to the implementation of effective customer relationship management (CRM) tools and processes.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>A degree in business administration, international relations or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in international business development or management of international sales networks.</li><li>Mastery of international business practices, market dynamics and cultural differences.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of CRM tools and ability to adapt to emerging technologies.</li><li>Bilingualism in French and English, oral and written.</li><li>Availability to travel frequently (30-50% of the time) internationally.</li></ul><p><strong>Perks and benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive wage</li><li>Health insurance and other benefits to support your well-being</li><li>Continuing education opportunities to support your professional development</li><li>Participation in international projects with strategic collaborations and professional networks on a global scale</li><li>Flexible working environment allowing a good balance between professional and personal life</li></ul>- LocationQuébec, QC
