We take time outside of the office each season to nurture our unique dynamic and would love to include you in our next friendly team competition - typically golf or bowling but axe throwing and karaoke are game too! *Key Responsibilities* * Pursuing the prospecting tasks provided by team lead * Qualifying and engaging with potential clients over phone, email and in person * Scheduling appointments with qualified prospects * Maintaining a database of all interactions made * Providing general administrative support to team lead * Collecting supporting documentation for real estate transactions to complete the Deal Sheet, FINTRAC, all RECBC required documents for compliance purposes *Required Qualifications* * Post-secondary *degree in business*, marketing, or related field would be an asset * Strong English *communication skills*, both written and verbal * Minimum *2 years of sales* and customer service experience * Previous *cold calling* expertise would be considered as an asset * Proficient in the use of G Suite applications and Microsoft Office software * Real estate related experience is preferred, but not required * A current *real estate license* is required * A valid *driver?s license and access to a vehicle *would be an asset *Performance Expectations* * Complete work thoroughly, accurately and on time * Take initiative and continuously seek ways to improve skills, productivity and client engagement * Maintain a positive and professional attitude * Hold yourself and the team accountable to exceed client expectations * Demonstrate consistent care for the client, even when they prove challenging * Be prepared to work onsite within allotted hours and manage any absences in advance * Dress and present yourself appropriately for an office setting * Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to change and support the growth of the team Please submit your resume with cover letter to *info@focusedindustrial.com* *We thank all applicants for their interest, however only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00-$140,441.35 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Benefits: * Company events Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Licence/Certification: * real estate licence (required) Work Location: In person- LocationVancouver, BC
