*Position overview:* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable vehicles, and facilitate test drives. Additionally, you will negotiate sales terms, finalize purchase agreements, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience. *Key responsibilities:* * Greet customers and provide them with information about available vehicles. * Conduct needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and preferences. * Recommend vehicles based on customers' needs, preferences, and budget. * Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features. * Provide pricing information and negotiate sales terms with customers. * Present and explain financing options, including lease and loan terms. * Finalize purchase agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. * Coordinate vehicle delivery and provide customers with thorough explanations of vehicle features and functions. * Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. * Stay informed about new vehicle models, features, and industry trends. * Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.\\ *Requirements:* * Valid driver?s license is required * Fluent in French and English * Previous experience in automotive sales preferred * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities * Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills *What we offer:* * Base Salary with commission * Co-paid benefits, including dental and health care * Ongoing training * A supportive and inclusive work environment * Employee discounts in sales, parts and service * Opportunities for career advancement within the company If you are a customer-centric professional with a passion for the automotive industry, come join our team!
