*Position Overview*
We are looking for a Disposition Specialist with 2+ years of real estate experience, particularly in the Calgary/Alberta residential real estate market with a strong understanding of property types, land uses, and redevelopment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation skills, excel in organization, and be adept at managing multiple property transactions to completion. Top-tier networking skills are a plus.
*About the Role*
As a Disposition Specialist, you will be a core member of our sales team, responsible for the successful sale and disposition of properties acquired through our real estate acquisition business. You will help expedite the closing process, maximize property value, and deliver seamless transactions for our investor clients.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Manage Sales*: Oversee the sale of off-market properties to a network of real estate investors.
* *Build and Maintain Relationships*: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a diverse buyer base.
* *Negotiate Deals*: Handle offer negotiations, manage contracts, and coordinate property closings.
* *Utilize CRM Tools*: Track transactions, refine pricing strategies, and ensure buyer satisfaction using CRM tools.
* *Collaborate*: Work closely with the sales team to support acquisitions and explore new market opportunities.
* *Monitor Capacity*: Assess disposition capacity and recommend resourcing or support as needed.
* *Report*: Maintain transparent, consistent, and efficient reporting for the leadership team.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in residential real estate sales or development.
* Strong negotiation and sales skills with a solid record of closing transactions.
* In-depth knowledge of real estate contracts and the closing process.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
*Bonus Points*
* Experience with CRM systems like Podio or HubSpot.
* Established network of real estate investors.
