<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking a Mechanical Designer to become a part of our team! You will prepare detailed working diagrams as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare diagrams and drafts for mechanical <span class="long-word">components/assemblies</span></li><li>Perform FAI on new components using measuring instruments</li><li>Aid production during the prototype build phase</li><li>Generate BOMs, work instructions, user manuals</li><li>Coordinate with other colleagues</li><li>Source new components including quotes</li><li>Maintain the CAD library</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in mechanical design for electromechanical systems</li><li>Familiarity with machine designs and diagrams</li><li>Familiarity with 3D CAD (preference will be given to those with Creo experience)</li><li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li><li>Preference will be given to those with MIL-STD familiarity</li><li>Self starter</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>We are a manufacturer of backplanes and electronics enclosures for the medical, telecom, industrial and military markets.</div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>We are a manufacturer of backplanes and electronics enclosures for the medical, telecom, industrial and military markets.</div>- LocationWaterloo, ON
