With your excellent customer service, your proactivity, and your problem-solving skills, you take charge of legal needs and respond to requests from our internal partners.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Your job:</strong></div><div><ul><li>Respond adequately to requests from clients and stakeholders involved in files by providing professional and courteous service</li><li>Have the opportunity to learn and develop within a team that values customer satisfaction, performance, collaboration and innovation</li><li>Propose suggestions and optimization ideas for the continuous improvement of our operations</li><li>Perform electronic fund transfers to notaries</li><li>Validate preliminary reports received from notaries. </li><li>Make mortgage loan disbursements</li><li>Appropriately use the complex equipment and software required for your work</li></ul></div><div>The incumbent must be able to identify the risks inherent in the activities of the mortgage loan financing sector</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Your team:</strong></div><div><br></div><div>You will join a team of 30 people made up of Technical advisors and Senior clerks who handle legal expertise and mortgage disbursements.
