Project Manager - Modernization Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage all aspects of the projects; -planning -scheduling -budgeting -allocation of resources Work closely with internal teams, engineers, supervisors and technicians Ensure project deliverables are completed on time. Manage subcontractors and suppliers Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in managing construction or similar projects Manage multiple projects at once Car provided + fuel card + bonus MON 1 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $85,000.00-$118,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * RRSP match * Vision care Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationHalifax, NS
