Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills: 10+ years of experience in data architecture, integration, API management, and cross-platform Proficiency in data and application integration patterns, including Domain-Driven Design, APIs, messaging, and both synchronous and asynchronous communication. Over 5 years of direct hands-on experience in architecting, designing, and hands-on implementation of integrated personalization ecosystems using SaaS platforms. Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and others is essential.
