*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair work. This role requires a strong understanding of various maintenance disciplines, including electrical systems, HVAC, and industrial maintenance. The Building Maintenance professional will also be involved in supervising projects and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. *Responsibilities* * Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural components. * Supervise and coordinate project management tasks to ensure timely completion of repairs and improvements. * Fabricate parts and components as needed to support building operations. * Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies. * Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance the longevity of building systems. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all maintenance activities. * Provide leadership and training to junior maintenance staff to foster skill development. *Experience* * Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field is essential. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC operations, industrial maintenance practices, and logic controllers is required. * Experience in supervising teams and managing projects effectively is preferred. * Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members and management is necessary. * Familiarity with reading schematics and technical documentation is a plus.
