*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in your designated territory. You?ll work closely with our inside team and report directly to the Sales Manager. This unique opportunity prepares you to succeed in promoting and selling our trailers throughout Western Canada. *Responsibilities* * *Relationship Building:* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. * *Market Research:* Identify potential new dealer opportunities through thorough market research. * *Presentations:* Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to showcase our product features and benefits. * *Collaboration:* Work with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials as needed. * *Customer Service:* Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on leads to ensure a great customer experience. * *Sales Reporting:* Accurately track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights using Salesforce and other reporting tools, ensuring timely updates to the Sales Manager. * *Tradeshow Participation:* Attend and represent the company at industry tradeshows, actively engaging with potential clients and showcasing products to generate leads and build relationships. *Skills* * *People Skills:* Excellent interpersonal abilities for building and maintaining customer relationships. * *CRM Proficiency:* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. * *Communication:* Strong English language skills, both written and verbal. * *Independence & Teamwork:* Ability to work independently on the road and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. * *Sales Experience:* Previous experience in equipment sales or other outside sales is an advantage. *Experience* * *Sales:* 3 years (preferred) Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative, where your skills will contribute significantly to our success while providing you with opportunities for professional growth. * Commission Uncapped Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * Company car * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * sales: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person- LocationVegreville, AB
