Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Prepare engineering designs and drawings. Prepare construction specifications, costs and material estimates. Estimate costs and materials. Complete documentation packages and drawing sets. Examine drawings for conformity and errors. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Drafting (Architectural) Trade Certification. Steel detailing Certification. Drafting Trade Certification. Type of drafting: Shop drawings. Detailing drafting. Computer and technology knowledge: Tekla. Internet. Desktop applications. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Sitting. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?.
