*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The team has NPs, a fulltime registered nurse, a clinically trained COO and experienced administrative staff. The role is flexible and can be an extra hours for those who would like, permanent full time or part time. *Duties* * Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. * Provide ongoing management of chronic conditions and acute illnesses, ensuring continuity of care. * Perform minor procedures as necessary, including pain management techniques. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner. * Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options. * Participate in data collection for quality improvement initiatives and research projects as needed. * Provision of a special interest clinic as agreed *Experience* * Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility for certification is required. * Experience in home care settings is a plus, along with familiarity with medical terminology relevant to the field. * Proficiency in using electronic health record systems Med Access is highly desirable. * Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction are essential for success in this role.
