Bus Monitors assist the bus driver during the trip to and from school each day by supervising the activity of, and caring for, children with varying special needs. Routes typically require 2-3 hours in the morning and 2-3 hours in the afternoon. Bus Monitors work during the school year and are given time off in July and August. *Requirements* * Ability to communicate effectively * Patience in dealing with student disruptions * Experience in childcare considered an asset * Clear criminal record Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.03 per hour Expected hours: 20 ? 30 per week Benefits: * Employee assistance program * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Work Location: In person- LocationDouro-Dummer
